FIELD: cooling or freezing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: hybrid refrigeration system includes a first structure, configured to accommodate one or more containments. Further, the first structure has a first step cooling mode that is configured to pre-cool the containments the pre-cooling being performed to reduce a temperature of the containments from a first temperature to a predetermined threshold temperature. Furthermore, the system also includes a second structure, also configured to house the containments. Second structure enables a second step cooling mode that further reduces the temperature of the containments from the predetermined threshold temperature to a final desired temperature. Method of cooling in refrigerating plant comprises the following steps: cooling of one or several elements at the first working mode, determination of preset threshold temperature. Transfer of one or several elements of the first structure in the second structure, cooling of one or several elements as part of the second cooling stage in the second structure. For each mode there is at least one independent power source.
EFFECT: using this group of inventions provides energy-saving and fast cooling.
