FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to storage of ammunition, particularly, to metal reusable container for storage and transportation of ammunition. Metal reusable container for storage and transportation of ammunition includes cover, base, locking element and handle for transportation. Base and cover are made up of two separate compartments, made in form of semi-cylinders connected fixed in horizontal plane by rectangular rims with stacking elements. For separate placement of projectile and charge inside container in inner volume of first half cylinder compartment there are two separate chambers, and in inner volume of second half cylinder compartment one cavity is formed.
EFFECT: higher reliability and safety during transportation of ammunition.
