FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship devices. Ship device (1) includes floating buoy (3), underwater payload (5) with electrical means and electronic devices, power source (7) and mooring rope (9). First power source (7A) is immersed into the water and electrically connected with at least one underwater payload and floating buoy (3). Second power source (7b) is retained inside floating buoy (3). Mooring rope passes between floating on the surface buoy (3) and the first power source (7a), underwater payload (5) and underwater anchor (11).
EFFECT: technical result is increased efficiency of the device with its ability to stay under the water surface.
