METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF HOT GALVANISED ROLL STOCK Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC B21B1/24 

FIELD: metal processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of hot galvanised rolled stock for making car body parts by cold forming and applying paint coating. Method comprises cold rolling, chemical cleaning of surface of a strip, preliminary heating, recrystallisation annealing, hot-dip galvanising, wet temper rolling. Improved consumer properties of finished coloured car body parts due to production of hot galvanised roll stock with optimum parameters of microgeometry of its surface is ensured by that wet temper rolling is carried out with specific force 150-250 t/m in rolls with roughness 2.2-2.6 mcm and density of peaks of 100-120 1/cm, wherein emulsion is used with concentration of 0.5-1.5 %.

EFFECT: obtaining specified roughness and density of peaks on rolls is carried out by preparation of rolls on installation electrodischarge texturing using bronze electrodes, and after wet training on zinc-coated strip is applied preservation and forming oil in an amount of 1-2 g/m² on side.
