System comprises: central processor, indication provided or displayed by initiating seller, electronic device of initiating person, which obtains or receives said indication in electronic format from initiating merchant, trade terminal (POS terminal) on side of supplying merchant, electronic device of receiving person, wherein electronic device of receiving party receives either activated indication, or goods and services associated with said indication, from POS terminal. Method describes the system operation procedure.
