SUBSTANCE: system comprises multiple networks, besides, each of the specified networks supports many subscribers; a central clearing centre is connected to each network within these multiple networks, at the same time the specified central clearing centre serves multiple subscriber accounts, and at the same time the central clearing centre is arranged with the possibility, when receiving an application for a credit from a subscriber, to convert an application for a credit to an intermediate cost; to receive a credit from a credit supplier with the specified intermediate cost; placing to an account of the subscriber in the clearing centre, a sum equivalent to the application for credit; and notification of a subscriber about approval of the application for credit. The system is made with the additional capability of air time provision to the subscriber. Methods describe operation of the system.
EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities due to provision of mobile communication credit payment in multiple sites of mobile communication services providers.
