FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical-recovery industry. Energy process plant for coke cooling and thermal treatment of coal charge includes coke cooling chamber and charge heating chamber, separated by a partition and connected by heat exchange elements in form of stacks of heat pipes, located in middle part of coke cooling chamber inclined to horizontal with location of evaporation sections below condensation sections, and steam-water heat exchanger installed in upper part of chamber and connected to a drum-separator. Drum-separator is connected to steam superheater of first stage, pipes of which are combined with pipes of steam-water heat exchanger in stacks, wherein superheater of first stage is connected to steam superheater of second stage, located in combustion chamber, connected by pipeline with baffle of coke furnace battery for supply of coke gas and by pipeline to upper part of coke cooling chamber for supply of hot air, furthermore, superheater of second stage is connected to steam turbine connected to electric generator.
EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of proposed plant.
