FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical-recovery industry. Energy process plant for coke cooling and thermal treatment of coal charge includes coke cooling chamber and charge heating chamber, separated by a partition and connected by heat exchange elements in form of stacks of heat pipes, located in middle part of coke cooling chamber inclined to horizontal with location of evaporation sections below condensation sections, and steam-water heat exchanger installed in upper part of chamber and connected to a drum-separator. Drum-separator is connected to steam superheater, which is connected with a steam turbine, on shaft of which there is an electric generator. Baffle of coke furnace battery is connected via pipelines through device for cleaning from ammonia with lower part of charge heating chamber and with combustion chamber, connected a pipeline for supply of hot coke gas combustion products to lower part of charge heating chamber and a pipeline with upper part of coke cooling chamber for supply of hot air for combustion.
EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of proposed plant.
