FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, more specifically to mechanical transmissions converting rotary motion into progressive one. In multilink lever system synchronously with uniform rotation of drive wheel (3) driven wheels (20) and (21) rotate at a growing-slowing rate. Their peripheral holes (22) and (23) rotate, while remaining in the plane, rotating about the axial line of second end (32) three-section of the shaft (8). End of L-shaped rod (31) makes flywheel (33) to rotate. Thus, flywheel (33) rotates at accelerating or slowing rate.
EFFECT: expanded operating performances.
