FIELD: radars.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radar and can be used for identification of false signals, generated by a synchronous repeater jammer. Said technical result is achieved due to that, method for recognition of false signals, based on recognition of signals received from direction of side lobes of beam pattern of radar station, angular-range signal packets are generated, decision is made on that packet is formed by main beam lobe due to false signals of synchronous repeater jammer, if detected in field of view correlated with it angular-range signal packet received in area of side lobes.
EFFECT: technical result is identification of false signals of synchronous repeater jammer, received by main beam of antenna beam pattern.
