SUBSTANCE: orthopaedic attachment to a surgical table contains a support for the shin and a traction unit and consists of two lateral vertical posts, attached with a possibility of travel in the horizontal direction along the table axis, in the vertical direction along the own axis and fixation in the required position, on which by means of couplings put on are two horizontal consol bars, parallel to the surgical table axis and directed towards the patient's head with a possibility of travel in the vertical direction along the axis of lateral posts and fixation in the required position, two rests with rectangular cushions, moved in the horizontal direction along the axis of bars, their own axis and fixed in the required position, are put on them by means of couplings. On upper ends of the lateral posts via the couplings fixed are two semi-axles, entering a T-joint, to which a flat lodgement of the trapezoid shape is fixed, with the other end of the lodgement being fixed to the traction, connected via an angle bar to the main support, on which fixed are: the lodgement for the knee and two guides along the table axis, on which put on are: the support with the lodgement for the shin, an additional support on the surgical table and a socket for an L-shaped support, which can travel in the vertical direction with a possibility of fixation in the required position.

EFFECT: elaboration of devices, extending possibilities of the surgical table with a possibility to perform surgery under conditions of clinics and under conditions of military field surgery.
