FIELD: metalworking.

SUBSTANCE: device to control over machining process at electric charge cutout machine relates to electric treatment of metals. Device contains motors feed table, a pulse generator, which is connected to current contact jaw electrode wire, and a work piece. Device also has oscillatory circuit and control module based on micro controller, one of the outputs of which is connected to one of the inputs of controlled power supply, and one of the measuring inputs of analogue-to-digital converter, included in the micro controller is connected to output measuring signal of controlled power supply. One of the outputs of the motor controller is connected to one of the inputs of the control module, the second output of aforementioned controller is connected with motor supply table on coordinate “X”, the third output is connected with motor supply table on coordinate "Y", and the fourth output is connected with motor rewinding electrode wire.

EFFECT: technical result of installation is possibility to do microgrooving width to 0,012 mm; to protect wire electrode from breaks; to control the state of a spark gap, and also to increase efficiency of electric erosion cutout machine.
