FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Vibration isolator contains the housing and elastic elements, placed in it. Housing is designed as a base with a cover. Elastic elements are designed as a disk-type ring spring consisting of the upper and lower elastic rings, connected by elastic plates. Ring spring is fixed in the housing through a peripheral bushing. Vibration isolated object is installed on the threaded bushing fixed in the hole of the upper ring of the spring. Between the base and the lower end of the threaded bushing the dry friction damper is placed. Damper comprises cylinder with bottom, in which there is a piston. Piston consists of parallel disks, rigidly connected to each other by a rod. Disks are installed with reference to internal surface of the housing with a clearance, and between them the frictional material is placed. Spring loads the lower disk. Spring is made equifrequential helical taper or sprung. Cavity between piston and housing bottom is filled with friction material. Upper disk of the piston rests against the lower ring surface of connected to each other bushings of the vibration isolator.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode.
