FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: provided is a method of forming a superconducting wire and a superconducting wire. In method, a pinning seed layer is formed on a substrate. Then, a superconducting precursor film is formed on substrate, formed with pinning seed layer. Thereafter, substrate formed with superconducting precursor film is heat-treated to form a superconducting film including magnetic flux pinning centres on substrate. Magnetic flux pinning centres comprise at least one element which moves from pinning seed layer during heat treatment, and at least one element included in superconducting precursor film.
EFFECT: invention enables to easily generate magnetic flux pinning centres.
