FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, namely, to railway vehicles brake shoes. Brake shoe comprises a composite friction element, in the rear part of which there is a wire frame pressed made of two interconnected X-shaped frames. Sections of the frames forming the X-like shape are fixed to each other in crossing zone.
EFFECT: provided is reduced possibility of destruction of the rear part of the shoe, thereby improving its operational characteristics.
