SUBSTANCE: device comprises a traction-spring mechanism including a towing rope installed in a towing device of the tractor front part and blocked in the end of a coiled spring, a towing rope installed and blocked between the ends of the coiled springs, as well as a towing rope installed between the ends of the coiled spring and an anchor hook containing shaped hooks and a check holder for its installation into process holes of the driving wheel disc.
EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability of the device at simplicity of its production.
