METHOD OF PHYSICAL REHABILITATION OF PATIENTS WITH CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES ACCOMPANIED BY ACCOMPANYING SPINAL PATHOLOGY Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61H1/00 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, physical rehabilitation of the patients suffering cardiovascular diseases with accompanying pathology of spinal diseases. Using the complex of exercises, conditions are created for the physiological state of the spinal column in the initial positions - lying on the back, on the abdomen, knee-elbow position, lying on the right and left sides with performance of exercises with the help of upper and lower extremities according to the invention formula. Exercises are performed in three stages. At the first stage exercises for alternation of upper body muscles using upper limbs and lower body half using lower extremities. At the second stage with simultaneous operation of muscles of the upper and lower halves of body and extremities. At the third stage, muscle endurance exercises are performed with the help of small shells. Duration of session is 40 minutes. Therapeutic course is 30–60 days.

EFFECT: method provides a stable rehabilitation effect in the patients with cardiovascular diseases on the background of a spinal pathology with increased tolerance to physical activity.
