SUBSTANCE: invention reates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used in clinical practice of departments of abdominal surgery. During pancreatoenteroanastomosis involves comparing of the lumen of major pancreatic duct with a gap in the wall of the small bowel, produced by way of it preliminary puncture, underrunning anastomosis by carrying out the threads through a residual limb of pancreas and wall of the small bowel without capture of its mucosa membrane radially to main pancreatic flow, binding of located nearby opposite threads, is offered to carry out performing of three threads in full-circle direction of the pancreatic residual limb through points corresponding to 4th, 8 and 12 hours of the conditional clock face. At that each thread is carried out through punctures on residual limb parenchyma, then through the duct wall with the subsequent capture of a wall of the small bowel, punctures carried out through a point close to corresponding-in the puncture on the duct, and then through the residual limb parenchyma of the pancreas of an adjacent point of conditional clock face.

EFFECT: proposed method allows to increase efficiency of performed operation, to increase quality of life of patients, to reduce the time of staying in hospital.
