SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a system for oral care, comprising toothbrush body containing a handle and a head, toothbrush body passes along longitudinal axis from proximal end to distal end; multiple tooth-cleaning elements extending from head; hole in proximal end of toothbrush body, which forms a passage into inner cavity of handle. Oral care system also includes a first dispenser, located in inner cavity and comprising a first stock of oral care material, wherein first dispenser is elastically connected to toothbrush body for changing state between (1) first pushed state and (2) first extended state.
