SUBSTANCE: disclosed is an oral care system, comprising a handle and a toothbrush element, and dispensing device connected to handle with possibility of rotation. In one aspect, toothbrush element is connected to handle to turn between: (1) a first state, wherein toothbrush element is located in cavity; and (2) with a second state, wherein toothbrush element extends from distal end of handle. First dispenser comprises a first stock for oral care material and is connected to handle to turn between: (1) a first state, in which first dispenser is located in cavity; and (2) a second state, in which first dispenser extends from distal end of handle. In another aspect, invention can be an oral care system, comprising first and second dispensers and a toothbrush element, connected to handle with possibility of rotation.
