FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to local repair of a thermomechanical part made from a superalloy with attachment of repair material in damage of part. First, at preparatory stage in a chamber matrix for spark sintering, method comprises producing a mould, said mould being shaped as an impression of at least a repair portion of part, introducing into mould a layer of soldering powder and at least one layer of a superalloy-based powder constituting a multilayer set of powders; then performing spark sintering of obtained multilayer set by pressurising and passing pulsed current with rise in temperature of obtained preform, having gradient of composition in multilayer set of powders, on side of soldering and superalloy on its surface. Obtained preform on side of brazing with superalloy on its surface is connected with part and a step for soldering to allow attachment of obtained preform to part by diffusion of material of melting solder elements.
EFFECT: repairing part with provision of shape of material in damage, close to that of initial part.
