FIELD: metal processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of generating heat barrier (23) in the form of a multilayer system for protection of metal part of Superalloy and metal part of Superalloy, provided with heat barrier in form of protective multilayer system formed using above method. Said method comprises steps on which protective materials in layers spark sintering is carried out, arranged on said metal part in plasma sintering (SPS) machine chamber (11). Said heat barrier (23) contains following protective materials: package from metal sheets, forming lower metal layer (21) and at least two zirconium based refractory ceramic layers (2a, 2b). Said zirconium based refractory ceramic layers (2a, 2b) contain first ceramic layer (2a), which is internal ceramic layer, and last ceramic layer (2b), which is external ceramic layer and located above internal ceramic layer (2a). Said internal ceramic layer and external ceramic layer are chemically and thermally compatible. External ceramic layer (2b) has higher physical and chemical resistance characteristics to polluting compounds of calcium-magnesium-aluminium oxide-silicon type and/or has higher thermal stability than internal ceramic layer (2a). Said metal part comprises lower metal layer (21), having beta-(Ni,Pt)Al and/or alpha-NiPtAl phases enriched with platinum, TGO oxide layer (25), formed by thermal growth during spark sintering part making, and said heat barrier (23).

EFFECT: enabling production of metal part with improved thermal properties, improved adhesion to part and improved resistance to oxidation and corrosion.
