FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of powder metallurgy, namely to multilayer composite coatings based on metal and ceramic powders, and can be used to protect parts from heat-resistant alloys from thermal effects. The multilayer heat-shielding coating on parts made of heat-resistant alloys includes a bonding layer made of MeCrAlY alloy, where Me is Ni and/or Co, composite layers and a ceramic layer. The composite layers contain an alloy MeCrAlY, where Me is Ni and/or Co, and sequentially additionally contain nanopowder of zirconium dioxide, stabilized by 8 wt.% yttrium oxide, in the amount of 14-18 wt.% and 28-32 wt.%. The ceramic layer consists of zirconia stabilized with 8 wt.% yttrium oxide, in the form of nanopowder. The mentioned layers are applied from a powder mixture with a padding, with further compaction and sintering of the multilayer coating by the method of spark plasma sintering at a temperature of 1030-1070°С.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a multilayer coating without changing the phase composition of the outer ceramic layer and to sinter the multilayer coating in one stage in a short operating time and at a relatively low temperature.
