FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transmitting and receiving information using magnetoelectric waves and can be used when designing ground, satellite radio links in conventional radio-frequency spectrum and in sound frequency range. For this purpose, rotary pulsating magnetic field in time and in space is used, which, based on law of electromagnetic induction, provides radiation, reception of magnetoelectric waves and transmission and reception of information.
EFFECT: technical result is faster transmission of information and high noise immunity.
