SUBSTANCE: present group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to cleaning and disinfection, and is intended for cleaning and/or disinfecting medical and/or surgical instruments. Cleaning and/or disinfecting agent comprises at least one peroxide, at least one acylating agent for the release of peroxide from peracetic acid in aqueous solution, at least one nonionic surfactant, and an agent for adjusting a pH to 7.5-9, where the cleaning and/or disinfecting agent is formulated as granules and the peroxide and/or acylating agent is coated with the non-ionic surfactant. Provided is a method of producing a cleaner and/or a disinfectant, as well as a method for cleaning and/or disinfecting medical and/or surgical instruments and devices.
EFFECT: use of the group of inventions provides efficient cleaning and/or disinfecting of medical and/or surgical instruments and devices.
