FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of medicine, veterinary and food industry and is intended for disinfection and sterilisation of different objects and surfaces. Claimed is composition for manufacturing sporocidal compositions of peracetic acid, representing powder-like solid dispersion with particle size not more than 500 mcm. Composition includes at least one poorly-soluble in water medium hydrogen peroxide activator, capable of serving a source of acetyl groups, and at least one carrier, quickly-soluble in water medium. Claimed is application of said composition for obtaining sporocidal composition of peracetic acid. Also claimed is method of obtaining said composition, in which said activator or combination of activators and said carrier or combination of carriers are mixed with each other. No formation of intermolecular complex takes place under conditions of mixing. Also claimed is method of obtaining sporocidal composition of peracetic acid by mixing solid component with liquid component, in which solid component includes said composition, and liquid component represents water solution of hydrogen peroxide with pH approximately from 6 to 8. Claimed is set for realisation of claimed methods, which includes dosed quantity of said composition and dosed quantity of hydrogen peroxide-containing liquid reagent.

EFFECT: application of claimed group of inventions makes it possible to prepare disinfecting compositions in fast and simple way with reduction of time for achievement of effective concentration of peracetic acid and with increase of said composition storage term.
