SUBSTANCE: invention relates to for individual care devices with fluid dispensing function. Device contains handle with cavity, cover installed on handle and applicator to apply fluid on treated surface. In handle cavity are arranged fluid reservoir with tearable seal and hydraulic connector for connection of reservoir with applicator. Tearable seal in unloaded device position is spatially spaced from hydraulic connector. Said connector communicates with reservoir by fluid when tearable seal piercing and device changeover into loaded position.
EFFECT: enabling ease of operation due to exclusion of hydraulic connector with reservoir premature connection.
