SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flexible bag material made of plastic material for packaging of dry food products such as cereals. Technical result is achieved by flexible bag material, made from plastic material and is a mono web multilayer film, including a layer having high impermeability for moisture, made of HDPE, oxygen-impermeable layer, allowing some preset oxygen permeability and made of extruded mixture of amorphous polyethylene terephthalate and polyethylene-based polymer, so that it has oxygen permeability of 400 cm3/m2/day or higher when measured under conditions of temperature of 23 °C and relative humidity of 0%, as well as loose sealing layer. Wherein said oxygen-impermeable layer contains an extruded mixture, containing less than 85 wt% amorphous polymer based on polyethylene terephthalate and polyethylene - balance.
