FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in converters for converting DC voltage into AC voltage. Method for pulsed conversion of DC voltage comprises transfer of energy from power supply source to a capacitor, using a control system to switch an inverter key with single-sided conductivity, measuring instantaneous values of output signal and comparison thereof with reference signal and if signal difference is greater than threshold value, switching inverter key. Threshold of actuation of switches is increased and decreased as instantaneous value of output current increases and decreases, respectively. Controlled parameter used is current in a load, inverter uses and switches 4 keys, with high frequency of switching pair of keys, located in different inverter arms, first opening 2 switches, accumulating energy in capacitor, then closing previously open switches and opening other pair of keys and reverse voltage is applied to capacitor. Input current of inverter is limited by means of throttle and varies according to an aperiodic law.

EFFECT: high conversion efficiency and obtaining output voltage with specified form, in particular, sinusoidal.
