SUBSTANCE: series of inventions relates to centrifugal separator for separation of a mixture of liquids containing a dividing plate made of metal with possibility of compression in the package of separation plates and to a method of making the separating plate. Separation plate for centrifugal separator for separation of mixture liquids is shaped to truncated cone with inner and outer surface and multiple spacers protruding at certain height above at least one of the inner surface and outer surface, to ensure the gaps between the mutually adjacent separating plates in the packet. At least some of the spacer elements have such size that each spacer has a width that is less than 2 mm along the surface of the separating plate. Wherein the surface of the separating plate is made with distribution of spacers, which is made in form of clusters of spacers on certain areas of the surface of the separating plates, in order to provide equally spaced gaps in compressed pack of plates. Thickness of the separating plate is less than than 0.6 mm, and the spacer elements are integrated in the form of one part with material separation plates. According to the method of separating plates making separating plate is formed by rolling a metal sheet with roller and mandrel, wherein roller forms separating plate at mandrel, which has support surface in the form of truncated cone with grooves corresponding with spacer elements. Wherein the mandrel has such a scheme for distribution of these recesses in order to make spacers in form of one part with a separating plate, in order to provide equally spaced gaps in compressed pack separating plates. Centrifugal separator for separation of mixture of liquids comprises a pack of separation plates inside the centrifugal rotor for separation of mixture of fluids.

EFFECT: technical result is enabling equidistant gaps between separating plates in compressed packet.
