FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to excavating tooth assembly crown for excavating tool base edge. Earthmoving bit includes rear end, top outer surface, lower outer surface, located opposite to each other side outer surfaces, inner surface and cavity located inside excavation bit from lower outer surface side and next to front edge. At that, upper outer surface and bottom outer surface extend forward from rear end and converge in front, thus forming a front edge. Side outer surfaces pass downward from upper outer surface to bottom outer surface. Inner surface enters inside excavation bit body from excavation bit rear end and forms inner cavity of the excavation bit, which shape corresponds to adapter head shape, which is inserted inside said inner cavity. At that, recess depth is maximum closer to recess front end, than to recess rear end. Recess front end is located behind the front edge.
EFFECT: improved assembly design due to reduced weight of bit, reduction of resistance at bit movement through processed material and enabling bit self-sharpening.
