FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a valve unit for aerosol container with disk (1) of the valve, system (2) of the valve, which comprizes at least one discharge element (3), sealing ring (4) and pressure spring (5), and with intake chamber (6) for the valve system. Receiving chamber (6) on its upper side has a mounting opening for insertion of system (2) of the valve. Mounting opening connected to disk (1) of the valve inlet chamber (6) is closed with surface (8), which has passage opening (9) for outlet element (3). Sealing ring (4) is clamped between the surface (8) and surrounding the mounting opening of the receiving chamber (6) circular support surface (19) and closes the opening (18) of outlet element (3), when the discharge element (3) under action of pressure spring (5) in axial direction rests on sealing ring (4). On outer periphery of the receiving chamber (6) there are gas channels (15), which pass from bottom side of disk (1) of the valve to the periphery of the sealing ring (4). Between discharge element (3) and surrounding discharge element passage opening (9) there is gap (s), which ends on end surface of sealing ring (4). Gap (s) and gas channels (15) form the flow path for filling under pressure of closed by valve unit of aerosol tank (16).
EFFECT: disclosed is a valve unit for aerosol container.
