SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of preliminary isolated segment of the carcass structure for buildings of different dimensions. Method of manufacturing includes steps of: obtaining prefabricated structure made on the base of computer 3D model presented by CAD data which is stored in the database under identification code of prefabricated structure. Composite structure comprises at least one compartment with a hollow space which is to be filled, at least partially, with a foam insulation layer. Data medium containing identification code is adapted to the prefabricated structure. Data medium is read. CAD data of prefabricated structure is extracted from the data base on the basis of identification code and the amount of raw material to be laid in at least one compartment to make a foam insulation layer of preset thickness on the basis of the extracted CAD data on the data medium. Certain amount of raw materials are laid in, at least one compartment to make the foam insulation layer of preset thickness. Foaming and hardening of the foam insulation layer in at least one compartment for a predetermined period. Device for the isolated segment of the carcass structure for building includes the following: digital computer system connected to a reader provided for reading the data medium, adapted at the prefabricated structure, the data medium contains identification code. Database connected to digital computer system which stores CAD data as a digital presentation of computer 3D model of the prefabricated structure. Therewith provided is digital computer system for extracting CAD data from data base on the basis of identification code. Digital computer system is equipped with element calculation and computer program to determine the amount of raw material to be laid in at least one compartment of prefabricated structure for formation of the foam insulation layer of preset thickness, on the basis of CAD data; nozzle for supply of certain amount of raw material in at least one compartment; feeding station connected to digital computer system for the raw material feeding to the nozzle; timer connected to digital computer system for measuring a predetermined period during foaming and hardening of the foam insulation layer in at least one compartment.
EFFECT: technical result ensures reduction of labor input and amount of wastes of insulating material.
