SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to biotechnology. Provided herein are compounds for inhibiting expression of glucagon receptor (GCGR) consisting of consisting of 12 to 30 linked nucleosides, and compositions for reducing expression of GCGR, methods of treating metabolic disease, decreasing and delaying blood glucose levels, preventing disease associated with GCGR, use of the compounds to prepare a drug.
EFFECT: compounds, compositions and methods may be used in medicine for expression of mRNA and GCGR protein in treating or preventing diseases associated with metabolic disorders.
