FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed group of inventions relates to fibre-optic connectors of two optical fibres. Proposed fibre-optic connector comprises an optical fibre ferrule arranged in ferrule tip, elastically retained with by an elastic element, and main fibre, fused with optical fibre ferrule using an optical fibre fusion apparatus, and fused section is reinforced by reinforcing coupling to form connection of main optical fibre and optical fibre ferrule. Additionally fibre-optic connector includes guide ferrule bushing installed between ferrule and elastic element. In a specific case of guide ferrule bushing, optical fibre and fused section can be integrated by reinforcing coupling. In some cases ferrule includes a plug seat housing, which contains ferrule, guide ferrule bushing and elastic element; plug inserted into plug seat housing, plug locks elastic element and guide ferrule bushing. Ferrule and guide ferrule bushing can move at a distance in a range defined by elastic element. At end of guide ferrule bushing there is a protruding part, and one end of reinforcing coupling is fitted on protruding part so that ferrule, guide ferrule bushing and reinforcing coupling are integrated.

EFFECT: disclosed group of inventions enables to solve problem of reliable splicing of optical fibres in conditions of heat shrinkage, occurring during splicing.
