FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and surgery. Endosurgical treatment of archoptosis in children is performed. Parietal peritoneum is incised in lengthwise direction to the right of rectal wall to the transitory fold with preservation of vessels, supplying rectal wall. Presacral fat is peeled from sacrum with monopolar electrocoagulator. Rectum is mobilized at back, then at front semicircles. Distal part of rectum is not separated, preserving its innervation. Rectum is fixed to periosteum of sacrum with synthetic prolene mesh. Mesh is fixed to sacrum in 3 points at first, then rectum is fixed to mesh with nodal sutures along its length in 6 points. Pelvic peritoneum is sutured.
EFFECT: method provides surgical correction archoptosis in children by laparoscopic posterolateral rectopexy, combining minimally invasive access and high effective correction of the recurrent archoptosis.
