FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and surgery. Resection of intestinal segment in children with Crohn's disease is made from laparoscopic three trocar intraperitoneal access. Puncture of abdominal wall is made with 12 mm trocar in umbilical area. Two 5-mm trocars are placed above pubis. Intestine sewing is made with crosslinking linear stapler. Intestine is mobilization and its mesentery hemostasis are made by coagulation with LigaSure device. Enterointestinal anastomosis is formed intraperitoneally using crosslinking linear stapler with 60 mm clips. Front wall of anastomosis is reinforced with double-row nodal suture. Drainage is installed through the hole from trocar at the right lateral channel into small pelvis.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce risk of complications, development of ileus of adhesive and dynamic types, reduce the length of staying in hospital due to minimization of injury and reducing the time of surgery.
