SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an interactive system for mutual payments in oil product sales. System comprises a device with a unit for transmitting signals, determining location of consumer and providing information on requested operation for transfer of oil product, which is a standard bank POS terminal for service payment, processing centre server with a function of determining presence of rights and corresponding duties, associated with transfer of oil product to user when processing centre server receives a request to release oil product and a function for transmitting a signal to allow requested release of oil product associated with mutual payment information processing unit, in which primary accounting and tax records are created, including possibility to recover VAT, in real time, remote access network for communication between device with a signal transmission unit and processing centre server and code identifier contained in an electronic map of consumer.

EFFECT: technical result is automation of document management due to formation of primary accounting and tax report with compensation of VAT in real time.
