SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system comprising a base station and a relay station, connected to base station. When a base station does not correspond to upper station, predetermined as destination address, to which relay station is connected, control unit controls radio communication unit for connection to a relay station using a first connection mode, wherein relay station operates as a mobile station, and when base station device corresponds to upper station, a control unit controls radio communication unit for connection to a relay station using first connection mode and for configuring communication line of reverse connection, and then for connection with a relay station using a second connection mode, wherein relay station operates as a relay station.

EFFECT: easier setup of connection configuration information in said system.
