System comprises: a packet data reception interface, configured to receive first packet data of an emergency event and second packet data of an emergency event, wherein first packet data of emergency event are received at a first moment in time, that precedes a second moment of time, when second packet data of emergency event are received; rule processing system associated with an interface for packet data receiving and configured to select processing profile for second emergency event packet data using value, contained in the second emergency event packet data, note here that said processing profile identifies plan of event direction for the second emergency event packet data, and plan of event direction identifies network application for receiving the second emergency event packet data; and association of the second emergency event packet data with the first emergency event packet data based on the proximity of the first moment of time or the first location.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability of data transmission in a network.
