SUBSTANCE: message determining position can be provided in response to emergency call 911, thus providing significantly improved information on call source location associated with user equipment in a wireless network. Position determining message may contain original language indicator or language translation from original language to preferred or required language of the destination address. Position determining message may also include a sequence of translated messages representing all languages, supported by wireless network.
EFFECT: disclosed is a system and methods for providing the possibility of translating the part of position determining message containing civil address to different languages.
