FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: simulator of tuber damageability comprises a housing made fixed carcass in the form of a hexagonal parallelepiped elongated horizontally at the vertices of which the chain sprockets are mounted, and a rod web is tightened on the housing, comprising a window for loading, a fork-shaped blade and an ellipse shaker. In the centre of the simulator a horizontal rotary separator is mounted.
EFFECT: invention improves the accuracy of determining the potato tuber damageability by bringing the experimental test conditions to the actual conditions of mechanical harvesting potatoes.
