SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology, pharmacology and represents aqueous compositions of recombinant human follicle-stimulating hormone (rFSGh) containing biologically active rFSGh, saccharose and polysorbate 20 as stabilisers, L-methionine as an antioxidant, benzyl alcohol as a bacteriostatic agent in a phosphate buffer.
EFFECT: use of present group of inventions enables to preserve biological activity in vivo of rFSGh from 8 IU/mcg to 22 IU/mcg for a long period of time at storage temperatures below -35 °C and at 2÷8 °C.
