FIELD: cosmetology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to cosmetology and aesthetic medicine. Before plastic surgery 5 procedures of intravenous drop introduction of preparation Laennek are made at 10.0 ml per 250 ml of 0.9 % aqueous solution of sodium chloride for 1 hour 30 minutes 2 times a week; and also preparation Curacen is administrated subcutaneously at 2.0 ml for 3-5 procedures 1 time a week in the zone of planned surgical intervention; then before removal of sutures on 3 day after the surgical intervention 5 procedures of intravenous drop introduction of Laennek at 10.0 ml per 250 ml of 0.9 % aqueous solution of sodium chloride during 1 hour 30 minutes for each procedure 2-3 times a week, after removal of sutures Laennek is introduced in the area close to scar and under the scar at 2.0-4.0 ml simultaneously with intravenous drop introduction of Laennek with parallel processing of scar by ultrasound phonophoresis with 1-2 ml of preparation Curacen during 5-7 minutes, all 5 procedures.
EFFECT: method provides maximum fast clinical and aesthetic effects.
