SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for treating a hypertrophic perineal scar. Needle is inserted into the scar tissue, and the scar tissue is dissected and detached from the underlying tissues by sawing. Then cicatrical tissue is injected with glucocorticosteroid preparation. Manipulations are performed 1–3 times every 21 days.
EFFECT: method enables to smooth and soften the scar tissue and cause its reverse development due to a combination of mechanical stratification of the scar tissue, which converts cicatrical collagen into wound collagen, and the use of glucocorticosteroid preparations.
