SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cosmetology, and can be used to correct the complications of contour plastic surgery of the face and neck area, arising from the violation of the technique of superficial injection of fillers based on calcium hydroxyapatite. Influence on the foci of hypercorrection is carried out with the use of diadynamophoresis 30% sodium thiosulfate on the device "Mustang-Physio-MELT-2K", introduced from the cathode. The electrode is placed on the focus of hypercorrection on one half of the face or neck, the positive electrode is placed on the side of the same name in the area of the mastoid process. Then a push-pull continuous current is applied for 2 minutes, then a short current, intensity 10 mA, a period of up to 10 minutes, daily. After that, ultraphonophoresis of collagenase in the form of Collalizin 1000 KE is carried out using the device "UZT - 1.01F". In this case, 1000 KU is diluted in 2-3 ml of a gel for ultrasound therapy, which is applied to the pathological focus. Then the impact is carried out on the affected half of the face in the area of the focus of compaction. The intensity is 0.2-0.4 W / cm², the mode is continuous, the technique is labile, the duration of one procedure is 5-8 minutes, also daily. The duration of the entire course of physiotherapy is 10 procedures.

EFFECT: method provides reduction of skin compaction, gel transillumination, local edema and neuropathy due to the combined effect of diadynamophoresis of 30% sodium thiosulfate and ultraphonophoresis of collagenase.
