SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for manipulating wind power plant rotor blade. Device for manipulating rotor blade (21) of the wind power plant with a longitudinal axis includes at least one main part (1) for at least a partial cover and retention of rotor blade (21), at least one support frame (4) for arrangement of main part (1) with possibility of rotation and at least one fastening device (30) for attachment of rotor blade (21) of the wind power plant in the device. Herewith, main part (1) has at least rotary section (2) for acting on at least one side of rotor blade (21). At that, fastening device (30) has first and second section (31, 32), while first section (31) is located on the first end of main part (1), and second section (32) - on the second end of main part (1). At that, fastening device (30) is designed to accommodate fastening pin (25) on or in the rotor blade of wind power plant.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at simplified fastening of blades for their production, changing of position, movement and installation.
