FIELD: thermoelectric-power industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to provide heat and electric energy supply of individual houses and apartments by simultaneous production of heat and electric energy in a single apparatus. Result is achieved by the fact, that gas collector and plate heat exchanger are placed in gas duct in the heat and electric generator, walls of outer and inner ducts, of the lids, of the bottoms and the vertical partitions in contact with heated water, are made with longitudinal vertical and horizontal cogged slots facing the hot side, wherein the toothed ribs consisting of series-connected thermal emission converters are inserted, ends of which are connected to each other by the contact junctions, pairs of which are connected to each other in cooling zone through capacitors and crowbar switches forming thermoelectric sections and thermoelectric units, free ends with terminals of which are connected to collectors with like charges, connected with current terminals.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is improvement of reliability and efficiency of the heat and electric generator for autonomous power supply.
