SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering, namely to apartment heating and power supply systems of residential buildings. Technical result is achieved by a thermoelectric air heater for a self-contained heat generator, comprising a gas branch pipe covered on the outside with a cylindrical air casing consisting of two half-casings coated with a heat insulation layer and equipped with mounting holes, in which through fastening bolts are inserted, connected to the heat generator and the flue gas main pipe, the air casing is plugged from the inner end and forms an annular intake slot on the outer end and is connected by an air duct equipped with a blower fan to the heat generator furnace, inside it around external surface of gas branch pipe there arranged is thermoelectric unit connected by electric wiring with electric motor of fan, inverter and accumulator. Thermoelectric unit consists of N thermoelectric sections located on the surface of the pipeline, each of which is a longitudinal frame installed with a gap Δ from the outer surface of the gas branch pipe and consisting of n cells. At its ends there are fastening threaded holes, into which through fastening bolts are screwed in, between the sides of the longitudinal frames of each thermoelectric section there are longitudinal seals, and on edges of cells n flat thermoelectric converters are laid with their lower edges, connected by current leads to collectors of similar charges. On the upper outer surface of the flat thermoelectric converter of each frame of the thermoelectric section there are U-shaped radiators made of material with high heat conductivity, the width of the base of which is equal to the width of the flat thermoelectric converter and consists of n cells, which length boundaries pass in the middle of each flat thermoelectric converter, and the ends are equipped with through holes and are pressed to the outer surface of the extreme flat thermoelectric converter by clamping nuts on through fastening bolts.

EFFECT: improving reliability and efficiency of thermoelectric air heater for autonomous heat generator.
