FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to capital construction of buildings and structures. Life-sustaining layout of buildings includes internal and external walls, forming planning modules (zones). Covering, inner and outer walls have same thickness. Distance between walls inside building and width of floor are multiples of thickness of walls. Inner and outer walls and coverings form three planning module (zones) within one apartment in all floors, include residential, protective green firewall production (industrial) zone (modules), respectively, and relate to each other as (46-41):(24-27):(30-32).
EFFECT: higher environmental and fire safety of structure, as well as providing its operational comfort and multifunctionality.
